Vanessa Mongeau

Since the founding of the Indispensable in 2013, Vanessa has been leading its operations with determination. Thanks to her leadership, she quickly positioned the company as a key player in the Executive Assistant community across Canada. In addition to overseeing and developing her business, Vanessa is actively involved in recruitment mandates and client relationship management. Her passion for the Executive Assistant role drives her to give inspiring lectures, organize exclusive events for executive assistants, and share valuable information to promote and enhance the profession.

As a former president of the board of directors of the Quebec Association of Administrative Support Staff (2016-2021), she has always been committed to promoting and advancing the role of Executive Assistants. A graduate of HEC, she combines rigor, transparency, and human warmth, qualities that enable her to create important connections with both her candidates and clients.

Charlène Rémillard

At indispensable recruitment since 2016 and a Partner since 2021, Charlène has quickly established herself as the reference for Executive Assistant recruitment. Her keen interest in developing good professional relationships enables her to understand clients’ needs well and offer a personalized service. Committed to the profession and always in search of the best talent, she stands out with her kindness and listening skills. Additionally, with a desire to give back to her community, Charlène has been involved with the Let’s bond collective since 2020. With a degree in Industrial Management, she is also recognized for her proactivity, versatility, and great ability to work in a team.

Catherine Girard

Passionate about talent acquisition, Catherine joined the Indispensable team in 2021 as a Recruitment Advisor. Overflowing with curiosity and endowed with attentive listening skills, She builds trust-based relationships with her candidates as easily as with her clients. Her previous experience as an Executive Assistant allowed her to master the essential workings of the profession and to highlight her candidates’ strengths.

In June 2024, after several years with the team, she was promoted to Director of Recruitment for the new division, Copilote Recruitment. Her energy and human vision bring a refreshing dynamic to each recruitment project.

Gabrielle Pronovost

Gabrielle, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, began her career in small tourism organizations before joining Copilote in 2024. Her experience in these key roles has allowed her to gain a varied background as an administrative assistant, providing her with a deep understanding of the challenges and demands of the profession as well as the specific needs of organizations. With her empathetic approach, Gabrielle is attentive to the aspirations of her candidates and is committed to finding them the position that perfectly matches their skills and ambitions.

Freshly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Ariane joins the family as Marketing & Events Coordinator. Her true passion for digital marketing and communication is evident through her excellent ability to track and anticipate trends, which she strategically integrates into her initiatives.

Within the team, Ariane stands out for her creative energy and passionate expertise. Her willingness to share her knowledge and actively collaborate significantly contributes to the evolution and success of the projects she works on. Her proactive approach and commitment make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Amina Haniche

Amina has a degree in Human Resources and over 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment and headhunting. Her passion for talent acquisition and her expertise in sourcing have allowed her to develop advanced skills in talent search, network development, candidate communication, and recruitment project management. Amina has a strong understanding of current job market trends and best recruitment practices. She is driven by her passion for human relations and enjoys helping individuals discover their true potential.
